We understand how difficult and emotional it can be to leave your pets, whether for a day or an extended period. Our goal is to maintain a stress-free, loving, and familiar environment for your cats while you are away.

With ongoing education in cat care, behaviour, and safety, every cat in our care receives compassionate, knowledgeable attention. Most importantly, we give you peace of mind. I promise to love and care for your cat as if they were my own.

Services

During each visit, your cat will receive:

• Feeding and fresh water

• A health check

• Litter tray cleaning

• Playtime, cuddles, and companionship

Grooming can be provided if needed. Any concerns or changes in behaviour or health will be carefully documented and communicated to you.

Additional services at no extra charge include:

• Watering plants

• Putting bins out

• Opening and closing curtains

We can send regular updates and photos, and we also share updates on social media if you wish to follow along that way.

Each visit lasts approximately 30 minutes, during which we also:

• Check home safety

• Clean the litter tray area (including hoovering)

• Wash bowls and feeding utensils

Any additional services can be discussed during the introduction meeting.

The Cat Company is a professional, qualified, and fully insured cat care service. Our clients trust us with both their beloved cats and their homes. We offer:

• No car decals, to avoid advertising your absence

• Competitive and transparent pricing

• Personalised care plans tailored to each cat and home

An estimate of all charges is provided before registration. We are DBS checked, insured, and first aid qualified, and we are committed to continual learning and professional development.

We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service and open communication. You can contact us between 7am and 9pm, and voicemail and email are monitored outside these hours for emergencies.

Client feedback is extremely important to us, and we always follow up after services to ensure satisfaction and welcome suggestions for improvement.

What Is the Registration Meeting?

The registration meeting is a free introductory visit that takes place before any service begins. This meeting allows us to:

• Meet you and your cat

• Discuss routines and preferences

• Review key information (vet details, emergency contacts, special requirements)

• Answer any questions you may have

We will also collect keys during this visit. No services are provided until the registration meeting has been completed.
